In case of cancelation of your participation until 26th of September (only written) there will be a cancelation fee of 50.- Euro. After the 26th of September the full participation fee will be payable. In case of a cancelation please note your name, your address and the invoice number. Alternatively you can also name another participant. The participation fee doesn´t include accomodation in Augsburg. For the reservation of hotel rooms every participant is responsible himself/herself. The conference languages are German and English, a simultanous translation will be offered. The documents in the conference proceedings will be published in German.

The organiser reserves the right to change the program for actual reasons.
